RULES FOR
ENTRY GATE (as revised 1/12/99) IMPORTANT
NOTE:The guard cannot grant any exceptions to these rules. 1)
ALL entering vehicles not displaying a current Entry Sticker
or Temporary Entry Permit Card must stop
to be logged-in by the guard. This applies to both visitors and
residents/owners, without exception. 2)
All contractors and visitors, whether pedestrians or in vehicles, must
stop to explain the purpose of their entry. 3)
Departing contractors/
visitors must stop to be logged-out by the guard.
4)
Permited entry hours for contractors and construction material
deliveries: 7AM
to 6PM M-F and 9AM to 6PM Sat (Not
permitted on Sun or holidays) 5)
Visitor entry from 7PM to 7AM is permited only if confirmed by a
resident. (The
guard must be able to verify the entry request by phone) 6)
Entry by the following is prohibited at all times: +
Unlicensed motor vehicles +
Dirt bikes, go-karts, off-road recreational vehicles
+
Vehicles leaking liquids or likely to
spill cargo +
Noisy cars and motorcycles ( e.g. with faulty mufflers, loud stereo, etc.)
+
Horses and other farm animals +
Water trucks exceeding 6000 gallons capacity 7)
Vehicles parking overnight on or within 10 ft. of road pavement will be
towed at owner's expense
8)
Dogs must be on leash at all times. 9)
Skateboarding/ roller skating/ blading on roads is prohibited. 10)
Large Garbage Trucks (nominally >10 cu. Yds.) are prohibitied from
entry 11) Closed delivery vehicles may enter only with the "Closed Vehicle Entry/Exit Form" 12) The guards are NOT authorized to accept deliveries on behalf of residents. |
