PLOT#________ . I (We) believe our proposal is in accordance with the
RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS which I (we) hereby certify I (we) have read and
understand fully. My (Our) documents package which I (we) understand
will be reviewed and retained by the Association if approved is

The documents package submitted is complete and contains all of the
following required information PER SECT. III paragraph B. (1) a through
e:
House plans which shall include all floor plans, all
elevations and all roof plans
A survey made by a local surveyor which shows all existing
roads, utilities and other improvement, property lines with
dimensions and bearings, base building lines, existing contours
at 5ft intervals above sea level, and all other site features
such as drainage structures, etc. Also including: North arrow,
title with name of legal owners, and name, address, phone and
license number of surveyor
A site plan which indicates plot elevations as well as the
layout of all proposed buildings, outbuildings, driveways,
swimming pools, decks, septic tanks, drain fields, wells, fence,
etc.
A site profile
A schedule of construction including the estimated start date
and completion date

I (We) recognize that the RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS provide explicit
building height limitations which must be observed in developing the
design. The attached house design is in conformance with SECT. III
paragraph 7C height definitions. My (Our) plan is based on the following
elevations in feet above sea level:

I (We) understand that deviations from or additions to the designs
and scope presented in the documents are not permitted without explicit
written approval from the Association.
I (We) further understand that the Association cannot issue a
construction permit until after:
I (we) have submitted copies of approved Virgin Islands building
permits to the Association
I (we) have deposited $2000.00 as a performance bond with the
Association
I (we) have paid past due assessments in full
Finally, I (we) also hereby certify I (we) fully understand all the
provisions of the RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS as contained in SECTION III
including the permit validity period limitations.
